As a prospective tenant Landlords will often require the following references from you; Previous Landlord, Bank/Credit Reference, Employer Reference, Photo ID and Tax Number/PPS. Some exceptions are made depending on your circumstances.

Rent through a Licenced Agent if possible to ensure security and proper procedure in relation to your letting.

Agents will have a Licence number and are registered with the Property Service Regulatory Authority.

Abbott & Matthews have a policy of arranging viewings; at most, with only 3 prospective tenants at anytime, we do not conduct open viewings with multiple numbers.
